Two fishing vessels from Hainam Island,China were caught for entering Malaysian waters illegally off Sabah coast. There were found some 200 sea turtles on board these two vessels. Some of them were still alive while most of them were, sadly, dead.
How is it possible that these vessels were allowed to roam our waters freely in search of the turtles. Looking at the quantity of catch on board, these vessels must have been staying in our waters for an extended period, else they would not have been able to catch so many of them. Where have the enforcement officials been? Sleeping?

It's very sad seeing those dead turtles, and out of all those many turtles captured only few of it can be save... True the enforcement is very lacking in sabah, that you could see it at various level and department. Maybe that's why there's ton's of PTI(Pendatang tanpa izin) in sabah amounting to million.
